• Negotiate all costs with overseas factories for sales force to optimize profit margins

• Guide on how to Present line plans to buyers and tailor designs of them based on purchasing needs

• Communicate quality concerns to suppliers and teach domestic & overseas staff how to look for specific issues prior to goods arriving to customers

• Schedule shipping from overseas factories to domestic ports

• Lead new categories / accounts on set up, approach etc.

• Train staff on computer systems where applicable or possible 

• Collaborate directly with overseas vendors on all cost negotiations, product compliance, delivery of sample and bulk orders.

• Manage and organize daily communications – emails (how to correctly reply to avoid overwhelming inboxes).
